The Martensville Co-op Food Store is a nearly 34,000 square foot facility featuring a complete retail grocery, shipping/receiving department, meat processing, cooling and freezing, and deli-bakery services. The incoming electrical service is 800A 347/600V and serves refrigeration, HVAC, lighting, and other power loads throughout the facility. The grocery sales floor was one of the first Co-op Food Stores to go all LED to highlight their products and cut down on maintenance of fixture lamps and ballasts. The project also included complete site services including pole and building mounted LED area lighting as well as smart outlets (IPLC) for intermittent block heater power.
